1. Who we are

Care Continuo AI ("we", "us", "our") is a healthcare technology company based in the United Kingdom. We are developing an AI-assisted tool to help GP practices process hospital correspondence more safely and efficiently.

2. What personal data we collect and why

Enquiry and contact data. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, role, organisation name, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to keep you informed about Care Continuo AI's development. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

Usage data. This website may collect standard server log data (IP addresses, browser type, page visits, referral sources) for security monitoring and to improve the site. This data is not linked to individual identities. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and functional website.

Pilot and early access programme data. If you join our early access programme, we will process contact and professional details as described in a separate Data Processing Agreement. No patient-identifiable data from clinical systems is processed on this website.

3. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (e.g. email hosting, CRM tools), under contracts that require them to protect your data to equivalent standards.
• Legal authorities where we are required to do so by law.

All data processing takes place within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted unless you have an ongoing relationship with us that requires longer retention. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies

This website currently uses only essential functional mechanisms (local browser storage for theme preference). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and obtain any required consents.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to staff and contractors who need it to perform their role.
